Four Seventy Four, Imperial

Four Seventy Four is one of Imperial's most endearing patterns, combining a typical cut-style pattern with an almost realistic daisy. In addition to water sets and punch sets, it is also found in vases. The pattern was not made in bowls or plates. The name comes from the numerical designation in Imperial catalogs. Note that the water set and compotes have been reproduced. Above is the only known punch set in purple. It sold for $4,500 in 1997.
